Christophe Lambert is arguably continental Europe’s greatest ever 8-ball pool exponent on the 7ft by 4 table.

The Frenchman has had a glittering career and it started with a trophy-laden record as a junior, becoming a national, European and world champion at that level.

Titles would also come regularly after he made the transition to the senior ranks. ‘I-Robot’ has claimed significant top-level accolades in several countries such as the United Kingdom, Ireland, Belgium, Germany and Spain. Amongst his CV includes a string of titles at professional level in the past.

In his native France he has won numerous national events throughout his distinguished career. On the international stage whilst representing his country, Lambert has been part of world and European championship winning teams and has been a world champion in doubles, mixed doubles and speed pool disciplines.

Lambert made a fantastic start to his Ultimate Pool professional career as he defeated Stevie Dempsey, Shaun Storry and Jake McCartney to reach the semi-finals of the 2021 Professional Series Event 3 on debut. His run was stopped when he bowed out to Chris Melling 7-5 in the semi-finals.

Despite missing the opening two Pro Series events of the season, Lambert managed to finish inside the all-important top 16 end-of-year rankings and will be a seed for ranking tournaments in 2022.

The Frenchman is also accomplished in other cuesports disciplines.

On the American pool table, he has been a five-time champion of the French Open and a winner of an Open 9-Ball tournament in Oslo, Norway. He has also compiled a 147 whilst training on the snooker table.
